Welcome to Local Connect Fiji. By booking our services, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General

  • Local Connect Fiji is owned and operated by Apisai Domolailai (Api).

  • Our services include transfers, tours, and guided experiences across Fiji.

  • By making a booking or inquiry, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.


2. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website inquiry form.

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

  • We will contact you directly to finalize details such as date, time, and pick-up arrangements.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service may not be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Company Cancellations: If Local Connect Fiji must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, vehicle issues), we will offer an alternative date or service.


4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details (name, pick-up location, contact info, etc.) when booking.

  • Be ready at the agreed pick-up location on time. Delays caused by customers may shorten tour time.

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings during the service. Local Connect Fiji is not liable for lost or damaged items.


5. Safety & Conduct

  • Customers must follow driver/guide instructions at all times.

  • Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of the service without compensation.

  • Illegal substances or excessive alcohol use during tours and transfers are not permitted.


6. Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, Local Connect Fiji is not responsible for:

    • Accidents, illnesses, or injuries during tours and transfers (unless directly caused by our negligence).

    • Loss or damage to personal property.

    • Delays or changes due to weather, traffic, or other events beyond our control.


7. Service Changes

  • Local Connect Fiji reserves the right to adjust or cancel services if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • We will make every effort to inform customers in advance and provide suitable alternatives.


8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Fiji. Any disputes will be handled under Fijian jurisdiction.
